A head-on crash on State Road 15 in Kosciusko County claimed the lives of two drivers.  It happened around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, November. 20, near Waubee Road.

Deputies found a Chevy Silverado driven by 68-year-old Dale Wert of Goshen and a Hyundai Accent driven by 19-year-old Sarah Mischke of Milford had collided.

Wert was taken to Lutheran Fort Wayne, where he died.

Mischke was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
