Rochester felon sentenced for firearm possession

A Rochester man has been sentenced to 54 months in federal prison for the unlawful possession of a firearm as a convicted felon and domestic violence offender.
According to court documents, Travis Frazier accidentally shot a loaded gun while holding his infant child, who was struck by bullet fragments.
Frazier was prohibited from possessing a firearm due to prior felony and domestic battery convictions.
