He’s already in prison for 15 years and now, 30-year-old Roman Olvera will spend another 10 years on top of that.

Olvera agreed to a plea deal Thursday, where he’d plead guilty to dealing between five and 10 grams of methamphetamine. He’d serve that sentence after his 15 year federal term expires, according to the Elkhart Truth.

Other meth and marijuana charges he was facing were dropped as part of the deal. His formal sentencing on March 30.

When he was arrested in February, police said Olvera had about 114 grams of meth at the time. However, he was tried this year on different charges. He was convicted of distributing heroin and marijuana while carrying a gun so he could protect himself from being robbed. In July, he was sentenced to 15 years in prison plus four years supervised release.
