It was not the sight a woman wanted to see.

South Bend police arrested James Lockhart at a business in the 4400 block of Western Avenue Tuesday morning, according to ABC 57.

Lockhart is accused of exposing himself to a female employee at the business. He was found in a vehicle in the parking lot when police arrived.

He’s been charged with a count of public indecency. He was released from jail Tuesday.
