RV shipment numbers for February of this year represent a record for that month.

The upward trend has been consistent for over a year, according to the Elkhart Truth.

The industry saw more than 39,000 units ship in February, according to the most recent figures released by the RV Industry Association.

“February’s total shipments are the best for any comparable February on record, maintaining the strong RV market growth from last year,” RVIA spokesman Bill Baker wrote in his monthly statement.

The figure represents a 9.7 percent increase over last February, and an 8.6 percent gain over January’s numbers.
