A Syracuse man has died after he was stabbed in Goshen earlier this week.

Goshen Police were called to the 700 block of Lincolnway East, around 9 p.m. on Monday, April 17, where they found Philip Kevin Smith, 32, lying on the ground next to a pickup truck suffering a stab wound in his chest.

Smith was rushed to Memorial Hospital in South Bend for treatment. He died on Tuesday.

No word on what led to the stabbing.

No word of any arrests.
