Notre Dame’s The Shirt 2017 unveiled Friday night

A campus tradition has happened once again on the eve of the annual Blue-Gold game at The University of Notre Dame.

The Shirt 2017 was revealed at the Hammes Notre Dame Bookstore during a special celebration on Friday, April 21.

Notre Dame Football Coach Brian Kelly unveiled the design for The Shirt at 6 p.m.

The Shirt, which is a student tradition that reaches back more than two decades, went on sale immediately after it was unveiled for $18.

Proceeds benefit student organizations and a charity fund that helps students with extraordinary medical expenses.
