Over two pounds of marijuana was seized on the Indiana Toll Road Thursday.

Indiana State Police pulled over a silver 2002 Honda as it drove eastbound on the toll road near the S.R. 23 overpass in St. Joseph County. Police say the driver, 23-year-old Joseph Herbaugh of Reno, Nevada, made several traffic violations.

However, when an officer was talking to Herbaugh, he reportedly smelled marijuana coming from the car. Another trooper assisted and, after a probable cause search, almost two and a half pounds of marijuana was discovered in large glass pickle jars.

Herbaugh is booked in St. Joseph County jail on initial Possession of Marijuana and Dealing Marijuana charges.
