Former Notre Dame wide receiver Kevin Stepherson has been sentenced to 180 days in Fulton County jail for violating his probation.

Stepherson violated his probation in December and was charged with marijuana possession. This after taking a plea deal in his August marijuana arrest where he’d avoid criminal charges if he stayed out of trouble for a year.

Since then, he violated his probation in Fulton County, was allegedly caught shoplifting at Macy’s in Mishawaka, and was arrested on a marijuana possession charge in Whitley County.

With time served and good behavior, the South Bend Tribune reports Stepherson has about 47 days remaining in jail before he’s released.
