It’s been a long wait, but Qdoba is back on track to open soon in Mishawaka.

We’ll be dining on queso by this fall according to company officials.

The first announcement that Qdoba was going to open on Main Street in Mishawaka came on April 2017. Construction started shortly after…then stopped. Jack in the Box sold Qdoba to a private equity firm for $305 million.

The broker overseeing the property told the South Bend Tribune that the sale halted things, but Qdoba is back on track to finish its interior work at the property.

A “now hiring” sign is now outside of the building to fill positions that will begin by late August.
