A St. Joseph County woman who was reported missing last month has been found dead in Minnesota.

The remains of 28-year-old Christina Woods were found last Monday in a shallow grave in far-northern Minnesota, roughly an hour and a half south of the Canadian border.

The St. Louis County Coroner in Minnesota determined after an autopsy that Woods was killed by “homicidal violence”. 40-year-old Daniel Lynn, also of St. Joseph County, is now being sought due to Woods body being discovered on family property in Minnesota.

It’s believed Lynn may have returned to Indiana, but it’s possible he’s also in Minnesota or elsewhere.

He stands 5-foot-10, weighs 210 pounds, and is bald with a mustache and goatee. He has noticeable tattoos on his neck. If you’ve seen him, contact police.
