Arrest made quickly in South Bend home invasion

South Bend Police made a quick arrest in a Thursday morning home invasion.

The crime happened around 4:45 a.m. at a home in the 400 block of South Kenmore Street, near Western Avenue. That’s a few blocks away from Harrison Primary on the city’s West Side.

No injuries were reported in the incident and police say one person was arrested for the crime in the area of Beacon Heights Apartments.
