Monday the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office filed charges against a Walkerton man, on four counts of possession of child pornography.

Based on the ages of the children in the videos, 22 year-old David Waun faces four Level Five Felonies in the case. Each of those carry a sentence of up to six years in prison. Indiana State Police began investigating Waun after receiving a cyber-tip about videos uploaded to YouTube that indicated a possibility of hidden cameras placed in at least one home.

Based on his testimony, there is also an investigation about possible inappropriate contact with children at his family’s church.
