130+ firefighters called to house fire in Elkhart County

(Bill Beck/Elkhart Truth)

A fire in the Concord neighborhood of Elkhart County on Sunday, Nov. 18, took more than 130 firefighters to put out.

The crews responded to the home in the 22000 block of County Road 18.

One firefighter said crews had a difficult time because the home was a hoarding situation. Also, the attic took a long time to extinguish because a lot of wood was stored there.

There were no injuries reported.
