Woman stabbed outside of Boys and Girls Club in Goshen

A 33-year-old woman was stabbed outside of the Boys and Girls Club in the 300 block of Crescent St. in Goshen.

The incident happened around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 5.

The suspect, a 59-year-old man, took off before police arrived to the scene, but officers found him hiding in a vacant home and took him into custody, according to Goshen Police.

The victim was taken to Goshen General Hospital where she is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries to her legs, chest, face, and hands.

The victim and suspect had been in a relationship, according to Goshen Police.
