An 18-year-old man was found shot to death in a car in Michigan City and a 16-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with his death.

Justin Ameer Garner was found dead, behind the wheel of the car, around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 16, in the 200 block of Elston Street.

He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound to the head.

Javan Brown was arrested and placed in the LaPorte County Jail on $1 million bond.
