Kosciusko County man convicted of child molesting facing new charges

A Kosciusko County man previously convicted of child molesting has been arrested in Elkhart County.

Kenneth Moore, 51, is accused of inappropriately touching a female victim under the age of 14 in 2014 and again in 2017.

He is being held in the Elkhart County Correctional Facility on a $500,000 bond after beign arrested in Goshen last week.

Moore faces two counts of child molesting. This comes after he pleaded guilty to two counts of felony child molesting back in 2007.

He is listed as a sexually violent predator on the sex offender registry.

Moore is scheduled for an initial hearing on Thursday, Jan. 24.
