It’s 4 to 15 years in prison for a Niles woman who pleaded no contest in connection with the death of a 32-year-old bicyclist who prosecutors say she struck with her vehicle and then left the scene.

Kyriea Demorrow, 23, was with operating while intoxicated causing death and failure to stop at a personal injury accident causing death after the crash that claimed the life of Todd Harrington.

The collision happened in September 2018 on Pokagon Road near Jones Road in Berrien Township.

Eyewitnesses were able to give officials a description of the vehicle and its licence plate number.

Demorrow’s blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit, according to investigators.
