Another 200+ apartments approved for Mishawaka

Mishawaka could be gaining another 232 apartments in the near future.

On Tuesday, May 14, the Mishawaka Plan Commission gave their approval to Maryland-based Saxon Partners to move forward with a plan for a new apartment complex.

The developer has been approved for 400 units, and this first phaze would build up three five-story buildings with a leasing or community center.

The new complex would be near the Mishawaka Medical Center near the Holy Cross Parkway, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

The complex would offer studio and one-bedroom apartments, ABC 57 reported.
