An Illinois woman was injured in a crash on Marcellus Highway in Cass County.

The collision happened around 1 a.m. on Sunday, June 2, near Decatur Road in Volinia Township.

The eastbound vehicle, driven by a 46 year-old woman from Hickory Hills ran off the road, hit an embankment and rolled several times.

The woman was taken by ambulance to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo.

She was was wearing a seatbelt, according to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
