Sad news regarding the man who was injured after being pushed into the water at Donnell Lake Street in Cass County on June 8.

Deputies say 50 year-old Parish Swanson has died as a result of the injuries he sustained when he was pushed off the dock while playing with his sons.

No foul play or suspicious intent is suspected and the investigation has been closed, with his death being called accidental.
