There were two shooting incidents reported Saturday in South Bend.

Early Saturday morning police were responding to a hit and run report just before 3 a.m. at the corner of Lincolnway West and Lawndale when they were approached by a 19 year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg. No suspect information has been released.

Saturday afternoon around 5:30 p.m. there was a shooting in the 1200 block of East Indiana. A 13 year-old male was shot in the arm and taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury. Again, there is no information about a suspect and police spoke with the family as part of their investigation.
