Constantine man, 60, sentenced in federal court for distributing child pornography

A Constantine man has been sentenced for distributing child pornography.

Paul Halcomb, 60, pleaded guilty back in April and was sentenced, last week, to 15 years in federal prison.

The investigation was initiated following evidence that a person was downloading and distributing videos and images of child sexually abusive material.

The investigation led members of the Task Force to Halcomb’s residence in Constantine.

Examination of the evidence showed that Halcomb was downloading and distributing images of child sexually abusive material.
