15-year-old boy wanted for attempted murder in connection to South Bend shooting

Michiana Crime Stoppers is asking for help finding a teenager who is wanted for attempted
murder in connection to a shooting in South Bend.

A $500 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Randall Madison.

Madison was charged by the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office in connection to a
shooting that took place on Aug. 3, in the 1200 block of E. Cedar.

It was just before 7:30 p.m. that evening when South Bend Police officers were called to the scene on reports of shots fired.

When officers arrived, they found a 17 year old male with a life-threatening wound.

He was rushed to the hospital by medics.

The victim is recovering and is now paralyzed as a result of this shooting.

Madison is considered armed and dangerous.
