Suspect sought in Monday shooting in Benton Harbor

A woman was injured in a shooting Monday night in Benton Harbor.

Officials found the wounded woman around 10 p.m. at a home in the 700 block of Vineyard and she was reportedly in stable condition.

The suspect in the shooting has been identified as 23 year old Uriah Beauford, and he is also wanted for unrelated charges.

Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous and could be in Benton Harbor, Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo.
