A man was charged Monday morning in a crash last week that resulted in the death of his wife.
Christie Ann Grzywinski died in the crash just after midnight Saturday morning in Walkerton.
Forty-six year-old Thomas Grzywinski faces two charges of causing death while driving under the influence.
Both are Level Four felonies that could result in a sentence of up to 24 years.
He was scheduled for a bail and arraignment hearing Monday.
