The Warsaw Community Schools are working with local law enforcement after a student-created “fight club” was uncovered.

On Tuesday, November 5, a teacher at Lincoln Elementary spoke to the administration and the school resource officer after responding to a fight in a restroom. It was determined that students had created a “fight club” that involved posts on social media.

Warsaw Police and WCS administrators contacted the parents of the students believed to be involved, and brought the activity to an end.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and the school assures families that efforts will be ongoing to make certain this behavior will not continue.
