A Mishawaka man is in police custody, accused of molesting two children under the age of 16.

Elliott Ewing is charged with rape, child molesting, sexual misconduct with a minor, child exploitation and dissemination of matter harmful to minors.

According to court documents, the incidents happened between August 2018 and June of last year.

His victims were  14 and 15 years-old, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

Ewing denied any wrongdoing to authorities but, ABC 57 reported he admitted inappropriate contact with one of the victims when he was confronted by his wife.

Police found inappropriate photos on his phone.

Ewing is set to appear in court in mid-January.
