There will not be any charges filed against Brittany Ingle, the mother whose children were hit and killed in Fulton County when Alyssa Shepherd failed to stop for a school bus.

During Shepherds trial in December, Ingle was arrested for an outburst after the sentencing was handed down. Initially she was held for battery.

The decision to forego charges was made during a hearing on Tuesday.
