A chase in St. Joseph County, Michigan led to three arrests after a little help from Mother Nature.

It happened on January 26th when deputies pursued a vehicle that tried to escape while being pulled over at Buckhorn Road in Park Township. That vehicle drove across a yard and crashed into a ditch. According to the report, it then became stuck in the snow.

The driver and two passengers were arrested, though one passenger left the scene and was apprehended at his home on Wednesday.

The charges range from narcotics, fleeing and alluding, providing false information, and outstanding warrants. Additional charges are being considered.
