Mishawaka police arrested a woman after a man was allegedly hit by a car she was driving.

Shortly after midnight Sunday morning police were called to a domestic dispute at a home in the 1900 block of East 4th Street. The woman in the home reported that she had been assaulted by a man who stole her phone. She told dispatch that she had followed him to retrieve it.

The man was found at the corner of 4th and Home Streets with a broken leg and spinal injuries. He was last listed in serious condition.

The woman was arrested Sunday morning but no formal criminal charges have been filed.
