South Bend Cubs asking fans to support food pantry by selling personal video board messages

The South Bend Cubs are giving their fans a chance to put a message on the video board if they’ll help raise funds for a local food pantry.

The team is offering fans a unique opportunity for fans to help out the Salvation Army Kroc Center with personalized video board messages.

Team President Joe Hart says there are some in our community who are food insecure at a critical time, and The Kroc Center is one of many organizations assisting families that need it.

Fans can buy a customized message that will be displayed on the outside video board, and on social media, by visiting the team’s online store. A minimum donation of $10 will go to the food pantry at the Salvation Army Kroc Center Family Resource Center.
