Gov. Holcomb signs order for retired, inactive EMS workers during pandemic

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has signed an executive order to support Emergency Medical Service professionals during the coronavirus outbreak.

The order allows for retired and inactive EMS workers to provide supplemental health care services in the Hoosier State without reinstatement or approval by the Indiana EMS Commission. The one requirement is that they work under the supervision of a licensed EMS or health care professional.
