Indiana Beach hopes to find a way to reopen this year

There’s some possible good news if you love Indiana Beach: The popular attraction could reopen this year.

In February it looked like the park would be closing forever. Now, a spokesperson for Apex Parks Group says the attraction in Montecello — which filed for bankruptcy earlier this month — might be getting a new lease on life.

Social media posts from the park suggest that a sale might be on the horizon. Park representatives and County officials are still working out the details of a potential sale.
