The Hoosier Lottery will allow prize payment offices in Mishawaka, Indianapolis and Evansville to be open by appointment-only starting next week.

Beginning at 9 a.m. Monday, May 18, in-person redemption prizes of $600 or more can be redeemed at those offices.

To schedule an appointment, winners should call 1-800-955-6886. All appointments must be scheduled in advance and same-day appointments may not be available.

Prizes up to $599 can be redeemed at Hoosier Lottery retailers.
