President Trump is threatening to withhold federal funds for two battleground states as he rants against voting by mail.

The president attacked Michigan and Nevada on Twitter about the mail-in ballots. Wednesday morning he claimed Democratic Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson would be sending ballots by mail to every voter in the state, but Benson countered that they would send applications, not ballots.

Trump said the action was the illegal action of “a rogue Secretary of State,” and added “I will ask to hold up funding to Michigan if they want to go down this Voter Fraud path!”
