Rite Aid to open self-swab COVID site in Niles

Rite Aid will be opening four new Michigan COVID-19 testing sites in Michigan, and one will be located in Niles.

The Rite Aid store on S. 11th St. will open a no-charge coronavirus self swab testing site Thursday. They will operate from the store’s drive-thru window and the tests will be overseen by Rite Aid pharmacists.

The tests will be available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

Rite Aid is also opening sites in six other states.
