It’s once again time for the annual Michiana Crime Stoppers Summer Shredding Event.

In exchange for a $10 minimum donation, Integra will destroy all of your sensitive documents on-site.

Donations and funds raised during the event go directly toward Michiana Crime Stoppers rewards money for information that leads to an arrest.

There will be extra safety precautions in place due to COVID-19, including:

• Those dropping off documents are asked to wear a face mask and stay in their vehicles.
• You’re asked to place your documents in the trunk of your car, so contact is limited for volunteers.
• All volunteers will wear masks and gloves.

This year’s shredding event is set for Saturday, August 22 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Martin’s Super Market parking lot at Erskine Plaza in South Bend.
