Mishawaka students to return to in-school learning soon

School leaders in Mishawaka have decided to allow students to return to school for in-person learning.

The school district is the latest of a few school districts in St. Joseph County that are starting to allow students to return to school.

In the last few weeks John Glenn and Penn-Harris Schools have also allowed students back to school in some capacity.

Starting September 21st, children in Mishawaka will start coming back to school in person in elementary schools.

Middle and high school students will come back October 5th.
