Deep cleaning, safety protocols in place in effort to reopen Elkhart City Hall

Elkhart City Hall was scheduled to reopen for business after being closed since late last week after two workers tested positive for COVID-19.

The employees attended budget hearings at the Lerner more than a week ago. Everyone in that meeting has been sent for testing and is working remotely.
