A Mishawaka man who admitted having inappropriate sexual contact with a minor has been sentenced.

Elliott Ewing was arrested last December and pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, child exploitation and dissemination of matter harmful to minors as part of a plea agreement.

In exchange, rape and child molesting charges were dismissed. Ewing confessed to the crime, saying he did it because his wife wouldn’t have sex with him.

He’ll serve 12 years in prison.

I’m angry at the judicial system . Why dismiss charges. This is why I always vote to removes judges in our system.
Full charges and full punishment ,
12 years means nice in jail he will be back on the streets before that . Or if a virus is spreading in jail he get early release
Time to hold our elected officials responsible accountable ,
