An investigation could put a hold on construction of two new Indiana casinos.

Spectacle Entertainment has been under scrutiny since top executives were linked to an investigation that has to do with illegal political contributions. Now, ten more people are being investigated, while construction continues on the new Gary casino.

Spectacle Jack, a separate company led by Greg Gibson, who is not part of the investigation, still wants to break ground on the new Terre Haute casino in the next few weeks.

However, the Indiana Gaming Commission has asked for a report to help them decide what action to take, adding they need to be convinced to not suspend the operating licenses. They say they want the report within the next month.
