USPS Operation Santa program in full swing

The USPS Operation Santa program is in full swing for the holidays.

The program turns 108 years old this year, and has helped millions of children and their families with gifts just in time for Christmas.

To participate as a possible gift recipient, all you have to do is write a letter, put it in a stamped envelope with a return address and send it to Santa’s official workshop address:

Santa Claus
123 Elf Road
North Pole, 88888

Letters will then be uploaded to USPSOperationSanta.com, where readers will select one or more to fulfill. For safety reasons, all personal information including last names, addresses and zip codes, will be removed from the online post.

Letters are still being accepted through December 15.

Potential adopters should visit USPSOperationSanta.com, read through the letters and pick what wishes they’d like to fulfill. There will be directions on how to grant that special wish for a child online.
