Officials have released the names of the two victims who died in a Dowagiac house fire last week.

36 year-olds Dolly Waterson and Gregory Heron were found in the house Thursday by firefighters on East Telegraph Street.

The cause of the fire is still undetermined but the blaze has been ruled an accident. No smoke detectors were found in the home.

Firefighters said the fire began on the first floor and spread up the stairs, blocking the only exit.
