Railroad crossing on McKinley Avenue in Mishawaka closed for repairs

The Mishawaka Police Department is advising drivers to avoid the Canadian National railroad crossing on McKinley Avenue between Filbert and Merrifield.

The crossing is closed due to repairs needed following a non-injury crash involving a car – train.  

Canadian National hopes to complete the repairs by late Sunday, March 28, and reopen the crossing to traffic.
