Man facing charges in the shooting death of Lateisha Burnett

A South Bend man faces charges as investigators continue to look into the shooting death of Lateisha Burnett.

41 year-old Kenneth Dogan has been charged with invasion of privacy and battery. As of Sunday night Dogan had not been charged with Burnett’s death, but investigators say a case against him was developed as they looked into Burnett’s death.

He was arrested on a probable cause warrant. Burnett was found with gunshot wounds inside a home in the 1200 block of West Dunham Street last month. Charges will be filed Monday.
