The South Bend Community School Corporation has approved a multi-tiered support plan.

WSBT reports that the system was supposed to go into effect in 2018 but there were missed deadlines that delayed the plan.

Much of the focus will be on strengthening relationships between students, teachers and families. Part of the system has already been implemented at Jefferson.
