An Elkhart elementary school principal and vice principal are on administrative leave.

There are a number of questions about the two leaders of Mary Feeser Elementary School, but Elkhart Superintendent Dr. Steve Thalheimer tells WNDU there is no truth to any rumors of firings.

The superintendent says the policy of the district is to “not comment on personnel issues. But if any employees are ever to be terminated or suspended, those are official board action items.” And that action has not been taken.
