New video has been released by Crime Stoppers that shows someone armed with a rifle running and shooting across the street during a shooting that happened on April 4 in South Bend.

It happened just before 10 p.m. and the target of the shooter was a vehicle parked at a JJ Fish Restaurant at Lincolnway West and Olive Street.
