Goshen woman arrested following battery and pursuit Tuesday

A Goshen woman was arrested after a battery at a local Boost Mobile on Tuesday.

Police were called to the store on West Pike Street after receiving a 911 hang-up call.

At the scene, officers learned two female employees were allegedly sexually battered by an unknown woman.

The employees were able to get a plate number on the car the suspect left in. Police then located the car and took part in a short pursuit before the suspect eventually stopped at Washington and 6th streets.

21-year-old Marta Cabrera was found intoxicated and in possession of marijuana. She was arrested on two counts of Sexual Battery, an OWI and Possession of Marijuana.
